California prestigious private school sued after expelling boy, 10, for using squirt gun emoji, rap lyrics

A fifth-grader has been expelled from 1 of Los Angeles’ astir prestigious backstage schools for sending a person a squirt weapon emoji and rap lyrics, prompting a suit from the boy’s parents.

The lawsuit, obtained by KKTV, alleges that the Head of School Meera Ratnesar unfairly disciplined the lad "without grounds that his email speech broke a schoolhouse policy."

The parents of the 10-year-old question to reverse the expulsion of the 10-year-old lad from the Curtis School on with paying the family's attorneys' fees.
