Members of the NYPD’s Manhattan Warrant Squad grabbed Deikel Alcantara, 21, for Wednesday’s theft astatine the Church of St. Francis of Assisi on W. 31st St. adjacent Seventh Ave., down the artifact from Penn Station, cops said.
