The CPI(M) connected Tuesday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah of making “communal” remarks successful poll-bound Jharkhand and asked the Election Commission (EC) to instrumentality enactment against them for “violating the Model Code of Conduct”.
