From Ross’ ‘Holiday Armadillo’ to Rachel’s Hairless Cat, These Funko Figurines Celebrate the Wildest Moments on ‘Friends’

Funko Pop! TV: Friends – Ross Geller (Armadillo Costume)

From a season seven episode titled “The One With the Holiday Armadillo,” this Funko Pop features Ross dressed as the scaly mammal after he fails to find a Santa suit to impress his son Ben for Christmas. Wanting to also impart his half-Jewish heritage onto Ben, Ross names his character the “Holiday Armadillo,” and tells everyone that he’s arrived to spread the story of Hanukkah.

Funko Pop! TV: Friends – Rachel Green (with Mrs. Whiskerson)

Who can forget Rachel’s ill-advised purchase of a Sphynx cat, a.k.a. Mrs. Whiskerson? The hairless cat shocks the group when Rachel brings it home, but she insists Mrs. Whiskerson is a sweet pet. It isn’t long though before she decides to get rid of the cat after it scratches and hisses at her. The lucky (or unlucky) new owner: none other than Gunther.

This Friends Funko Pop! features Rachel holding the cat while wearing oven mitts (because of the scratching). We like the attention to detail, like Jennifer Aniston’s famous “Rachel” hairstyle, and the visible scratches on the figurine’s arm.

Funko Pop! TV: Friends – Phoebe Buffay (Yellow Dress)

Phoebe sported this yellow dress in the season three episode, “The One Where No One’s Ready” (one of the Best Friends Episodes of All Time according to Rolling Stone). Though Phoebe initially freaks out over a stain on her dress, she eventually decides that a festive ribbon is the perfect accessory to hide it.

Funko Pop! TV: Friends – Joey Tribbiani (Superman Costume)

From the same episode as the Holiday Armadillo (above), Joey tries to save the day as Superman, when Ross can’t find a Christmas costume to impress his son Ben. While Ben is initially distracted — and excited — by Superman, Joey eventually convinces him to sit down with the Armadillo to hear the story of the Festival of Lights.

True Friends fans will recognize this vinyl figure’s pose, which is exactly the pose Joey makes when he bursts through the door.

Funko Pop! TV: Friends – Monica Geller (with Mockolate)

You’ll have to go all the way back to season two for this reference, which features Monica dressed for a new job as she tries to whip up new recipes using Mockolate. The synthetic chocolate substitute ends up being a failure, but the episode gave viewers an early glimpse into the competitiveness of Monica and her dogged determination to win at all costs.

Funko Pop! TV: Friends – Chandler Bing (College)

Who could forget Chandler’s college music past? This Funko Pop! figure captures the character’s Eighties outfit (and hair!) from a flashback scene in season ten. It’s revealed in the scene that college roommates Ross and Chandler were in a band together called “Way No Way.”
