A HADRIAN’S Wall hiker is suing cops for breaking into his car amid fears helium was lost.
Police recovered a business paper wrong and rang Paul Dunwell — who assured them helium was safe.
He present wants £5,000 to wage for harm to his motor, towing and retention fees.
