Killer Kelly Ellard arrested for breaching parole conditions: reports

One of B.C.’s astir notorious killers has been arrested and accused of breaching her parole conditions.

Global News has learned that Kelly Ellard, who changed her sanction to Kerry Sim, was arrested connected Tuesday successful South Surrey wherever she had been surviving successful a halfway house. It is unclear if she is inactive successful custody.
