A collision connected the M1 has sparked terrible delays "in excess of 90 minutes" and astir 7 miles of congestion connected Tuesday morning, National Highways said. 

The incidental happened betwixt J20 (Lutterworth) and J21 (near Leicester) and prompted the closure of lanes 2 and three. 

Leicestershire Police, Fire and Ambulance services were called to the scene, with National Highways postulation officers assisting with postulation management.
