According to the commission, the schoolhouse has violated the conditions of Affiliation Bye-Laws, 2018 of CBSE, i.e., 9.1.3 of Chapter 9: Roles, Responsibilities, Duties and Powers of Important Functionaries and 14.10. of Chapter-14: General Rules.
