Hope Giselle-Godspy, executive director of the National Trans Visibility March, attended the People’s March because she believes “all rights are human rights.” She speaks on intersectionality and standing in solidarity “for causes that are like mine, for causes that are far removed from mine,” explaining that “it reminds us all that we are human first, and that if we don’t stand up for the human race, all the other races are lost.”
