Released Thursday, the new clip features Sivan and his “Something to Give Each Other” tour dancers sitting down for a rousing round of “Tap or Block,” a Q&A game based on the app’s features and prompts. Grindr says the intimate, conversational-style clip was inspired by Madonna’s 1991 documentary, Truth or Dare, which similarly captured the pop icon offering her unfiltered thoughts on everything from sex to music, while backstage on her “Blond Ambition” tour.

“Dating and hookups can be complex, sexy, messy, intoxicating, and confusing,” Sivan says, in a statement. “I love how Grindr and this campaign celebrate all of this with humor, honesty, and through community. It’s refreshing to show these conversations in an authentic way.”
