The Special Judge for CBI cases, Court No 1, successful Ahmedabad Thursday besides slapped a good of Rs 20 lakh connected accused Anil Kumar Singh.
A lawsuit against Singh was registered by the CBI connected December 31, 2007 based connected the allegations that the accused had — during the play betwixt August 1, 2001 and November 30, 2007 — amassed assets disproportionate to his known root of income to the tune of Rs 19,44,018 which was 314% successful excess to his known root of income. During the investigation, it was, however, revealed that the accused had allegedly amassed assets wealthiness to the tune of Rs 22,15,609 disproportionate to their known root of income, during the checked play betwixt January 1, 2000 and July 1, 2006, which was 84.6% successful excess to their known root of income.
