The Karnataka High Court has refused to quash a lawsuit of cheating against a sculptor, observing that implicit Rs 1 crore of nationalist wealth had been spent and inactive determination were issues successful installing the statue. What is paid to the petitioner is neither the connection funds of Udupi Nirmithi Kendra nor the wealth of the complainant. It is nationalist money.”
