Superintendent of Police Amit Kumar Anand said the incidental occurred astir 3 americium erstwhile the SUV veered disconnected people and crashed into the median divider.
“The conveyance subsequently crossed into the oncoming lane, wherever it collided with a truck. As a result, the 4 doctors and 1 laboratory technician died connected the spot. One further person, a PG student, suffered superior injuries and was rushed to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Medical College successful Tirwa for treatment,” the serviceman said.
The deceased has been identified arsenic Dr. Anirudh Verma, 29, from Agra; Dr. Santosh Kumar Maurya, 46, from Bhadohi; Dr. Arun Kumar, 34, from Kannauj; and Dr. Nardev, 35, from Bareilly on with laboratory technician Rakesh Kumar, 38.
Circle Officer of Tirwa Dr. Priyanka Bajpai said the injured, Jaiveer Singh, 39, from Moradabad, has been admitted to the Tirwa Medical College.
