The woman, identified arsenic Crystal Aguilar, 24, allegedly chopped the concatenation that secured the flagpole and threw the American emblem connected the ground. She past raised the Mexican emblem successful its place, saying they were connected "Mexican land."

Aguilar was arrested and booked into the Lerdo jail connected suspicion of trespassing, threatening a bid officer, resisting apprehension and vandalism. She is being held connected $20,689 bail, according to jailhouse records.
