The Bengaluru constabulary person arrested 2 brothers hailing from Bihar during a conveyance cheque for allegedly possessing firearms and ammunition illegally.
According to the police, Vidyananda Sahani, 32, and his member Premkumar, 42, failed to nutrient the documents of their motorcycle erstwhile they were stopped adjacent the Nice Road span connected Koppa-Begur Road astir 8.30 p.m. connected November 20. When questioned astir their bag, the duo attempted to fly but were apprehended by the police.

Commissioner of Police B Dayananda said that Premkumar is simply a plumber and has been surviving successful Bengaluru for the past 15 years and that Vidyananda moved to Bengaluru lone 2 years ago.
The constabulary said Vidyananda has 2 cases each of amerciable firearms possession and robbery registered against him successful Bihar.
On November 21, a tribunal remanded the accused successful 5 days’ constabulary custody. The constabulary said they confessed to sourcing the weapons and ammunition from Bihar and trafficking them illegally into Bengaluru.
On Monday, some the accused were produced successful tribunal again and remanded successful judicial custody.
