RECIPE:
Part 1 – Citrus & Butter Braised Endives:
Ingredients:
- 4 Belgian endives
- 100g butter
- 1 liter orangish juice
- 1 cupful lime juice
- 1/2 cupful brownish sugar
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch fennel seeds
- 1 prima anise
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions:
- In a ample pan, melt the food implicit mean heat.
